Practicing some cheek art! Empty Practicing some cheek art!

Post by PerfectlyPaintedFaces Thu Nov 10, 2011 3:13 pm

Until I came to this forum, I completely forgot the concept of 'cheek art'... not sure why, but I've been doing only full-faces for a long time. So I decided to try out some cheek art designs on my hand today! What fun!

Here's what I came up with:
Practicing some cheek art! Sunset10
This is based on the sunset design someone here posted recently... I can't seem to find the post, but thank you to whoever posted it! It's so dang fast to do, it's gonna be awesome to use!!! Smile

Practicing some cheek art! Batman10

Practicing some cheek art! Pikach10
Not really happy with this one... but it can be pretty tricky to replicate a detailed design like that. Won't be using this one, it'll probably take too long and not look awesome!

Practicing some cheek art! Hellok10

Practicing some cheek art! Cupcak11

I think I'll try to do a bunch more of these this weekend to stick on my website! Smile Does anyone have any suggestions for designs to add?

Thanks! I think it's gonna be one of my new favs... it's so sparkly and cute. Smile I'm kinda scared to try a unicorn... haha. But maybe I will.

That IS actually quite straightforward... cool! I just bought a big rainbow cake, now I'm regretting not getting a little one too! No *adds it to the never-ending supply list...*

Ohhh I know the feeling! My "wish list" is in excess of 450 bucks! So lets see, just use the blue and purple part of your rainbow cake or use a solid color. The basic technique is the same. Smile

I can do "cheek" art all day long on my arm but on an actual cheek I am never happy with it!

I am always kinda "meh" about it too. I think for me it's just because masks and full faces are more fun!
