Calling all Robots!

I made up a new Robot design and was wondering if anyone else would be willing to show me your designs! We all could use a little inspiration from each other!

I love the first one! My son is totally into robots but he hates to be painted...maybe if I show him that one he'll let me come near him with a brush.

This design isn't mine, it is one I took inspiration from. Found it on the internet several months ago before I joined the forum. Not sure who the original artist is. I put a black eye on the other side, too, for a more "manly" look... lol

Well, just took a closer look at that... don't judge the dots! lol Boy being on this forum sure makes you look harder at your work! lol

totally get that Mug shots, my dots are my biggest nemesis! It looks great!

I did these when I first started painting - literarlly the first week. The top one is my attempt at the terminator. The bottom one is my nephew, he asked for a cyborg and I just winged it. I just had my little snaz kit. Come to think of it, i don't think I've done any since. I think I might try it again now that I know what i'm doing Plus, I have real silver now instead of snaz silver! It can add a little shimmer, but it doesn't look "silver"!

Mug shots, the design reminds me of the "cyborg" I used to paint when I worked for a company called Enjoy your Face Inc. Out of orlando fl. We painted it at universal. But it looks great. Dot wise, I always use the handle or the brush to make them. I'm not fond of robots, but maybe I should add a few designs to my book. hmmm

Here's one I did. I was asked for the terminator so I just winged it. I'd recently done a workshop with the Wolfe bros hence all the blood mwaaahaaaa.

I love the first one! Just like others have said it is not a scary one so good for the little kids. I do quite a few birthday parties so I try not to paint around the mouth. You have inspired me not to see of I can do a robot mask.

The silver is Kustom Body Paint Silver I found on ebay mixed with Mehron Silver powder(the powder is awesome)! I think the Mehron powder will go well with any silver color and make it more metallic looking! I use the paint for the straight edges and filled in with the powder.
