Celtic designs - but not for St. Patrick's Day! Empty Celtic designs - but not for St. Patrick's Day!

Hi everyone,

I am booked to face paint at my city's annual Highland Games. It's quite a large festival with irish dancing competitions and all of the usual HIghland Games festivities and games (caber-tossing and at of that!) : )
Since it's a large festival and I am working alone I want to limit the choices that I'll offer people and wanted to add a couple of quick Celtic-inspired designs as well. Can anyone give me any good ideas? Think "Celtic" NOT St. Patrick's Day, so no leprechauns or 4-leafed clovers please!

Thanks so much!
Nancy

Irish dancers are used to the clovers year round (both my girls are Irish Dancers)... but you can also look up some celtic knots. A lot of them would probably be very happy with some pretty eye designs... swirls and sparkles. Irish dancers are all about bling.

I did a celtic knot tutorial and some sample designs in a St Patrick's day monthly challenge last year... way easier than it looks when it's finished.
