Second baby bump paint -and stuff...pic heavy

So I did some experimenting with mixed results. Still need shading practice, but in general, was not unhappy with the result. Now it's not as good as some of the outright unreal baby bumps I've seen posted here, but gotta walk before we can run! Overall, I'm pretty good with it!

I did a Breast Cancer Pledge Ride that I do every year, and a Ukranian Dance wind up and a birthday party that all gave a 'little back' to my camera! Here they are!





White roses - stat!


quick fun faces....nothing that has not been seen before I think, but these went over great!

She was wearing a kacki (sp) outfit that looked like she was on safari and with her hair and coloring, I felt this was just too fun not to do. AND I pulled a 'do you trust me?' when she said 'whatever, just pretty' and she loved it! Mission accomplished!


And last, but not least....my little challenger. "I want to be a blue scorpion with grey fangs". Ummm...say what??? And he was VERY specific. Sooo I told him right off the bat...'I don't really have anything like that superman, BUT I'll give it a shot...warning...this is either gonna be super funky cool...or ....well sorry!!" And I said it with a big smile! He loved it and I had to get a photo. Glad I pulled that one outta my .....well...you know! His growl/smile for the camera is making it look a little funny...but you get the gist!

Kim absolutely fabulous girl. I'm loving everything here, the belly was waaaaay cute (pinch me I'm squeeling) so much cuteness going on there. Wow you've got to love who you are & what you do. Brilliant, thanks so much for sharing. xx

Kim - Awesome paintings - that belly is really cute! I am in awe of your blue scorpion with grey fangs! I'm sure that little one was really happy with that. I admit that I am stuck sometimes when someone asks for something I don't normally do - I have to "see" things in my head before I can get them to "paper". I think sometimes I go on "short-circuit", can't come up with a blessed thing in my mind! But you nailed it...
