My First Body Painting Empty My First Body Painting

Post by AudreyG Sun Jan 30, 2011 10:44 am

OK so this is my first body paitning that I have done. I have to say I am pretty nervous about putting it on here due to my lack of experience, but I am going out on a limb. There was so much more that I wanted to put into it but my model (my sister) just didn't have time. I can see sooooo many things wrong and taht I would do differently but I just keep telling myself that this is the first one and hopefully they only get better from here! So here it is. Hope you like it! scratch

My First Body Painting Empty Re: My First Body Painting

Post by JBax Sun Jan 30, 2011 10:54 am

Don't be scared! We're all friends here.

I think it's great, and I love how you used color!

I feel like there's never enough time to do everything I've planned for. I do the same thing, even in my favorite pieces.... look at them and think about what I didn't get done. But you take it for what it is.... we a painting on people, who have lives and need to pee and are late sometimes. But, that's why we do it too, huh?

You did a fantastic job, be proud!

I love it great colors very bold and it's fun. I second what Jbax said this is a living art form with challenges but that's what I love. Well done.

The juxtaposition of the piece is great, especially for your first time outta the gate. Wink Very bold colour choices, I LIKE that! Keep up the good work
