TAG Pearls Empty TAG Pearls

Post by AngieAnders Tue Jan 18, 2011 5:48 pm

I love the way the pearl TAG colors look! However, after a WEEK and multiple scrubbings, soakings and baths there is STILL a green stain on my arm. I can't feel comfortable putting this on a child's face... Crying or Very sad Anyone else had trouble with staining?

I love the way metalic greens and blues look, but after trying some of my partners (they were probably paradise because that's mostly what he uses) and having the worst stains ever, I refuse to buy them for my own kit because I know I would be tempted to use them all the time. I try to use any of the dark greens and blues as accent only because of the possibility of staining.

I tested the TAG pearl rainbow and indeed the green stained even after 2 rounds of washing with baby shampoo - but then I used baby oil on what was left and it did the trick...

maybe a base underneath it of a different green? I just got some tag pearl green and gold delivered today - I'll go test it now and see if that stops it staining ..

ok I just did a quick test - on its own tag green had a stain, laid over the top of snazaroo sparkle turquoise or the tag pearl gold it didn't and it still maintained its colour integrity over both. It didn't wash off too well with a few washes of baby soap but I have recently bought some make-up remover wipes and they did a better job, but that said I probably didn't leave it on long enough to really soak in. It seems pretty intense though so I think I'll aviod laying it down as a base and keep it for smaller details so arents don't have too much of a mess to clean up.. hope that helps Smile

Hi, Almost every green and teal stains on me except the snaz sparkle green and it has great coverage for dragons and monster masks and a nice shine, too.
