FABAIC in may woo hoo!

So we've decided to go to FABAIC this year! and i cannot wait! this will be my first convention ever! and i couldnt be more excited! who's all going this year? cant wait ot meet everyone! so what can i exspect?

A loooot of people. I'm a small convention type of gal, so I won't be going. I heard it's a blast so I hope you have fun!

FABAIC is fabulous. I went in 2009 and it was my first ever convention. I don't know where people get this small fish in big pond feeling about going to larger conventions. I had a blast met many many many great artist from many different countries. I learned alot and never once felt out of place or like my skills weren't up to par for me to be there. We embraced all whom we met (my daughter and I) and we were embraced by all who met us.

Prayerfully my daughter and I will be back for the 10th anniversary in 2011.

Awsome i cant wait to go! hopefully by then my skills will improve tremendously! im hoping. i just started about a month ago but i must say im improving everyday. lol i am so into painting though like i think i have finnally found my passion. i love it. i cant wait to meet everyone at the convention that has the same passion as me and if the people are anything like the people on this forum then i realy cant wait to meet everyone!!

I'm not going, most likely because of my son's birthday, but if I did.... I think I'd plan a FPF jam session.

I will be there!! Booked my spot a few months ago and I am soooooooo, did I say SO, EXCITED!! I am going to the convention next week in CT but everyone has said this one will be much larger! Hope to meet you there...much like you I am a newbie too!!

Yeah audrey we will have to meet up. Like we should do a jam session with all the people from the paint forum that would be fun. i am sooo excited not only is it a convention for something i absolutly love. its also in orlando and im in desperate need of a Vaca! So where you from audrey?

That sounds great!! That would be cool to get to know everyone form the forum! I live in a little tiny town in NC..BORING!!
