Wolfe Bros tour dates?

Does anyone have a link or something where I can find out the Wolfe Bros tour dates this year?
I know they aren't at Wolfe FX anymore so their tour dates aren't posted there.
They are coming here in September and I need to know which city and when so I can work out where I'm going to be.... according to what I've got on.

Probably on their facebook page.... I'm not on FB but they are.

It's very hard to read though! Sort of all lumped together. I see some Australian dates in September though.
