I have the DX True Rainbow Cake, and I find it hard to do my linework on top of it. Like if I want to do a rainbow, and have hearts on top of it, the hearts almost disappear.

What do you all use?

I use Wolfe or DFX colors on top of rainbows. Red, purple, blue or green work best for me over top of rainbows.

I use Wolfe Face Art and FX rainbow cakes in neons and essentials and I use a lot of white over my neons, but I use black over both too. I find any basic primary colors works well.

Not much help huh! Colors over another will/can/do absorb the color underneath.
When they are light - going over the top colors again is not uncommon. Keep playing with it.

Do you let the rainbow dry? I do a ton of rainbows and usually when I am done with one side the other side is dry. I usually use black on top and I dont have a problem
