I'm an addict.

I seriously have to say I am addicted to buying face paints. I can't help myself.

I got all organized today... combined everything. Cleaned it all up.

I had 42 different colors.

FOURTY TWO!

Oh, and I also had 18 different shades of glitter.

EIGHTEEN!

And of course, I'm not done. There are still a handful of colors I want.

I think I need an intervention! bwahahahahaha!

And I thought I was bad!!! I have no where near that many glitters!!! But it might be time to do some shopping!!! He he he!!!

I didn't realize I had so much glitter. I was going to go buy some more, then when I picked up a case at office depot and some more tiny pots from naughty word blick's... there it was. 18. Actually, it was perfect cuz that is how many my case holds.

All you need now is a new case!!! To hold more glitter!!! I love it!!!

ok so you inspired me to count my paints and glitters.... thinking I can't have that many....can I?
17 glitters and 36 paints. Wow I surprised myself... guess I'm officially addicted too. You're still beating me though. I didn't count my Detailz, just cakes.
Wonder if someone's got more?
Can't count Metina or suppliers, I think I remember seeing suzysparkles kit, and she looked like she had a lot!

I really have a lot too...have to count it some time soon...

w/o getting out my kit... I've done a head cound & I've reached 50. This is powders, split cakes & paints & not including glitter or my glitter tattoo kit. And... I feel I need more..... I'm domed:-)

LOL, every time I make money from a gig it just gets spent on more paints. It is never ending im affraid. lol

This was several years ago (2006 maybe)... I don't have a room big enough to lay it all out now...

I'm thinkin' I NEED to take another photo... just for inventory and insurance purposes, ya know Hmm.... may take a few days. Maybe I'll just photograph in situ - pull out drawers, take photos of shelves...

But it is so much more overwhelming when laid out like that dontcha think??

Truly marvelous to behold, Shannon. The first time you posted that, I copied it so I could study it all big. Wow. And with your recent shipment (if you still have all of that at your house) you probably should document that in case one of them starts jonesin for a paint fix and figures out where you live.

Ya'll are funny! Although I might be an addict too if I had the extra money to spend on it. Everything I own is on the thread showing set-up, all fits in 2.5 snaz jumbo palattes and 2 self made mini palattes. I have 12 little pots of glitter, but never seem to remember to use them.

This is 12 years of collecting... and I've been very good the last several years only buying what was reimbursable or NECESSARY!!! Or trading...

Wow... now I don't feel so bad. Oh, but I forgot about my extra sample pallet from DFX... LOL

Okay, down to 30 colors now! I combined some stuff I always use together, plus I have a lot of colors I just never use, so my sister has been bugging me to help her get started so I made her a 10 color kit; mostly snazaroo, but a few paradise colors. Now at least I will have an easier time finding my colors when I'm working.

Consolidate! I need to do that with my shoes...Maybe I could sell my shoes and buy more paint!!!!

I'm sitting at 78 colors. BUT and it's a big BUT My count is based on brand. So...if you count the overlap...I might have 70. In my defense...I only have 13 glitters.

I thought it would be good for me to set out all that I have, to stop myself from buying more.
This was about it, compared to others I am not so bad right? : P As you can see I have only two splitcakes! Well.. I clearly need more of those right? And only a couple of bottles with glitters..

When I count it comes to about 60 or so, not counting all the whites and blacks because they are the same.

This is what I usually bring when I am hired for something, the palets are not on it and also some seperate things.


And this is how it looks when the above is packed, which makes me believe that I am allowed to buy some more.. jup, I am. It looks quite small jup, its definately small



But, to be serious for a moment .. it really is addictive. I truly do not need anything more.. I can make so much with what I have. But.. all those things are just so attractive! Maybe I do not buy them because I need them but because I am a face paint 'collector' and want to start a face paint museum later on.. Its like a stamp collection, stamp collections are ok right?
