I am getting Pink eye from my costumers

Sense I have started Face Painting I have gotten pink eye so many times. I only started two years ago. Is there any secret to avoiding it?

Hand sanitizer between every child, every time.
(I have been using Nitrile gloves, and using the hand sanitizer on the gloves, to avoid the rediscovery of every cut on my hands with the use of the hand sanitizer).

You cannot control it when a child sneezes upon you full in the face.

I do not touch my face/nose/eyes/mouth/hair at any time. I learned this whilst waitressing and bartending many years ago.

I also use hand sanitizer between each kid. I worked in childcare for many many years so being sneezed on is the norm! ha. Like fesspenter i try not to touch my face or hair during a paint until i can clean my hands.
