One Stroke Face Painting Book

Anyone bought this book yet?

Thanks! I ordered it, figured I can always learn something new...and with friends and family to paint with, it will be worth the investment. (That's how I justified the cost...divided it by 34...hehe.)

It is a great book! Gretchen is amazing with one-stroke designs. Actually she is just amazing in general.

I have this book and I love it! It's a great little reference book with some neat tips on stroke types and quite a few examples of designs that you can draw inspiration from.

Handy to have around when you just need to look up something real quick.

Basic book on onestrokes. Well done, nice to have it compiled.

I find it interesting that a picture taken from one store is used to plug another store.

That is like taking my face painting image to sell another face painter to someone.

Sweet Loretta, I posted the silly farm link because paintertainment doesn't ship to Canada... which is where I'm from. Sillyfarm does, so i posted both links. It's the same product and the money still goes to paintertainment through purchases made through silly farm.

I used the paintertainment picture because it was better quality then the silly farm pic.

I live in the USA and my shipping rate for the book was $9., so looks like Canada is the same rate.

Ok so they ship if you email, but its not a checkout option. As for same shipping rates - Nope. I still have to pay customs tax, or something when i pickup the package. And usually the only shipping option availible is priority mail for international shipping by default.

Still silly farm will have a Canadian online store in june soon so says Heather. So that will make things easier I hope.

No offense to Silly Farm, but don’t hold your breath. When they say June, you might want to ask which year.

BTW - I just ordered the book. Thanks for suggesting it. It’s on sale and you get a free arty cake, so a good deal. I really need to work on my one-stroke stuff.

Silly Farms is shipping to canada....BUT, its an additional $19.95 for basic ground (7-14 business days) or an additional $42.95 for priority (6-10 days)

as much as i want this book... paying that much, ontop of exchange... a little to rich for my blood today. I think i will wait until silly farms has a Canadian site up and running.
