Hey, it's a cute website... I did see a couple of things... There are a few typos and run-on sentence kind of things going on.

This is how I would have it... only suggestions not trying to be critical.
1st of all on your home page, I would have a really cool face painting pic or collage with face painting & a couple glitter tattoos instead of the contact info image.

I kind of got lost reading your homepage.
My name is Liz Marshall, and I am a local Face Painter at Hillsboro, OR and Washington County.  I want to let you know that many people have delighted their visitors by using our face painting services to commemorate carnivals, fairs, and other special events.  

If you are interested I am offering my services for any of your upcoming events.  I have recently painted at Btown Kids, Harvest Community Church, and Farmington Elementary School as well as many local parties and events.

I would try something like...

on your About Me page you have:
My name is Liz Marshall, I am happily married, and I have 3 wonderful children. I teach Sunday school for children 4, 5 and 6 year old. I discover my talent when I start doing face painting every Saturday during the summer in a program in my local church, since then face painting become my passion. I love to do face painting and I enjoy working with children.

It's hard to follow and some of the words have the wrong tense.

Maybe revise with something like:

My name is Liz Marshall; I am happily married with 3 wonderful children. I enjoy working with children and love face painting. I first discovered my face painting talent while participating in a summer program at my local church, at which, I also teach Sunday school for ages 4-6. Since that time, my passion for face painting has only intensified. I truly feel blessed by each and every smile as a child sees their face for the first time.

On your contact me page: I would seriously consider putting your actual contact information too.

And on your links page, I'm confused. You have quotes with gigsalad, so are you wanting you customers to go through gigsalad for a quote or do you what them to contact you direct?

PLEASE don't be offended by any of my critiques or suggestions, they are only meant to try and help and give you some ideas and feedback.

Glad if I was able to help. I do have a question.... who is hosting your website? I have mine through Vista Print right now but not happy with the page designs they offer, all of them have the links on the side instead of the top like yours.
