Is it ok to used Disney logos?

I seen this face painter Facebook page and she uses Disney stuff as part of her costume parties ... Is this ok?

It's a term used for Disney's people who keep watch over the web for copyright infringement.

Unless they are licensed it is illegal and if the Disney people get wind of it they will come down like a ton of bricks. It isn't worth the risk.

Nah. She's good enough to know better.
But, dang! She's pretty good. I enjoyed looking through her photos on facebook.

I would give her a heads up. It's always safer not to assume something & Disney does not play well with others unless they are profiting.

Oh wow, she uses copyrighted material consistently and it's very blatant - she's even using Disney's logos.  Can't imagine Disney would turn a blind eye if they knew.

As for telling her?...she does look professional enough to know better.  I'm guessing she's weighed up the risk and thinks it's a risk worth taking.  Her business, really.  (And her butt on the line if/when she gets caught!)
