Re: New Year Face Painting Goals
I also found that charging $4 and $8, I did better than charging a flat $5 for everything, and also better than charging $3 and $5...for some reason when they're paying $4, they always tip the extra dollar, and when paying $8, they usually tip the $2! So in essence I was getting $5 and $10 for each ppf!!! Crazy!

Re: New Year Face Painting Goals
My goals this year:
Attract more corporate clients.
Get one weekly restaurant gig.
Work on training my daughter, now that my son left home I need someone to fill in his spot.
Keep working on building a regular Jam group for our area. It hasn't been easy finding a day of the week that works for most.
Send our marketing postcards.
Participate on the boards more often. I get so busy sometimes and just forget to check in, share and utilize this fantastic resource.
And finally, hire someone to do a logo for me to use on cards and banners. I haven't been successful doing it myself, sooo not tech savvy!

Re: New Year Face Painting Goals
My goals for face painting this year are:
practice at least 2X per week
to convince myself that it's ok to be a newbie and relax my perfectionist tendancies.

Re: New Year Face Painting Goals
This year, I want to make it a point to keep painting, either on faces or canvas or walls or anything else, and I want to work on advertising myself a bit more. Oh, and I want to get my license to make it way easier to get to those gigs!
Re: New Year Face Painting Goals
