Neon Qualatex Balloons keep popping? Empty Neon Qualatex Balloons keep popping?

Has anyone else experienced issues with the NEON (pearl) QUALATEX 260Q popping before getting fully pumped with air? Neutral

I just bought them, I normally use the TRADITIONAL colored ones with no issues, but the NEON seem faulty. They blow up uneven with curves and large lumps in them as well.

Any tips for preventing the premature popping?
