first painting my own face Empty first painting my own face

Post by prayerkat Sat Oct 27, 2012 1:16 am

tonight I volunteered to paint the kiddos at my daughter's elementary school carnival, I was pretty busy and the last one to leave,,, had the longest line of any of the other game stations... but was still fun.. the theme was your favorite children s book character,,, so since I wanted to still be kind of Halloween.. I did Charlotte from Charlotte's web on my own face... and took the book and sat it on the table, It was fun, I am sorry the photo here is so yellow,.. had to take the photo inside it was dark, (and my mac is in the shop so I dont have my photo editing programs here on our daughters computer. but thought I would share ... let me know what you think.

I definitely got a lesson in whipping out fast small designs on the kiddos, my husband was amazed. me too, glad I had a tip jar... that made it all worth it, spider-man on the cheek was hot for the boys,,, and the rainbow unicorn was hot for the girls,.. along with a trio of peace signs. these were all cheek art that I offered.

I think it's adorable. The eyes are awesome and I love the leg wrapping around the face. Great job!

Looks very nice (for an icky spider) - sounds like you had a lot of fun and made the kiddos smile.

Great job! Painting on yourself is never easy and you put so much detail in your design. Love it.

I think that is the cutest spider I have ever seen!! You are very talented and I know if I was a kid and had that painted on me, my Mom would have a heck of a time getting me to wash my face!! Well Done.
