you know your a face painter when....

So my lovely partner comes home everyday and asks how my day was... I spend A LOT of time answering this question with face paint related babble, which he obviously doesn't really care about nor understand but its nice

I dont remember what we were doing but he turns to me and says -- 'la, that would be perfect to make split cakes in!'

had to laugh... reminds me of when we first met and he thought I was sweating glitter!

awww so sweet!


I get tired of the "do you know you have glitter all over you?" question...I just hand them my card

Here are some of my personal ones:

You know you're a face painter when... you go to 5 children's birthday parties a week but you don't have any kids!

You know you're a face painter when... it's normal to have a purple stain around your sink.

You know you're a face painter when... you show up at a birthday parties and half the little girls say "Hey, I remember you!!!"

I like it even better when the glitter is on the hubby and all the kids!!
