first festival display board help!!!

Hi! I normally face paint at parties, but I got my first face painting gig at a small festival. I was wondering if you all could be so kind and show me a pic of your set ups at these types of events. My main concern right now is a display board. I am excited but starting to get nervous.... i want to look professional and not sloppy....... thanks so much

I laminated my photos then put velcro on the back and velcroed 12 photos per board and displayed these on a black board from CVS. This way I can switch them out for holiday paintings (4th of July, Halloween, etc) or take off designs that would take too long for festivals (my cheetah face). I set up a canopy (takes 1 more person to help me set this up) and put a little folding kids table to set up my stuff on. You can purchase sturdy signs for $50ish at STaples/Office max (you can do it on-line) for I think a 3x4 sign and they put gromlets in it so you could hang it from your canopy w/ zip ties. I sit in a folding kids chair and sit the kid I'm painting in a regular folding chair so I'm not bending over (good ergonomics for your back). I'm a newbie at festivals too (hope to do my first one in Fall) so let me know what else you come up with that I haven't thought of. Best of luck!
