Skin Color Empty Skin Color

For those of you who paint belly scenes etc do you mix your skin tones or do you buy a skin tone?
I have a friend who is asking me to paint her belly bump (yea first one!) and it's of a pair of hands holding a baby.
I don't know if I should mix my own skin tone or if I should buy skin tones.
Input?

i think its a good choice it has all the colors that the tag skin tone pallet does..
