I just got my DFX Neon White. It is terrible. It has almost a grian to it. I can't seem to get a good coverage either.

So I want to know... what is the best WHITE, and BLACK.... Smile Thanks in advance.

Neon white has crappy coverage in regular light. It was made for UV/Blacklight events.
I use Wolfe Black and White. Diamond F/X and TAG are my next go-to for my linework.
I hope this helps.

I like Wolfe and DFX Personally I find Wolfe a little "fluffy" with the white, but I'm working with it. I'm sure it's me and my water quantity. I like Wolfe for black but won't use it on anyone but my fam and friends as I don't want it staining. I like DFX black for everything else and I like DFX white and will swipe the one I gave my 11yr old daughter when I get frustrated with my Wolfe. I don't use Neon White as fesspenter said it's for black light, not for reg face painting.

If you use the search bar above you will find a LOT of topics on this. Smile

Neon white goes on transparent. You have to paint white and then go over it with the neon white, for UV effect. It was suggested to mix it with a little neon pink or blue, so you can see it. It looks REALLY white under black light. I don't really use it much, though.

I use Paradise or Snaz white for sponge work, but Wolfe or DFX white for line work. Same goes for black.

DFX/Wolfe for linework. Paradise for base. I also like TAG Pearl for a shimmery white. Neon White is very translucent & only used for UV events. You can put it over a white to make it glow under black light.
