Does anyone have a 'form' email for contacting fairs and such? All the ones I've looked at have a contact person for venders, no applications. I'm not always so good with the words and putting together of, lol, so if anyone could share that'd be fabulous! Doesn't hurt to ask right? Embarassed

Also, has anyone had big issues with stepping on toes of other fpainters?

they don't have applications?? have you contacted the "contact person?" Just because they don't post the application, doesn't mean there isn't one. If you talk to the contact person and they say there isn't one, then ask them what they want you to send them. You aren't begging, they need vendors or they don't have an event... they want your money, they'd better darn well tell you how to go about it.

There is a wonderful magazine out there to help you art festivals called Sunshine Artists. If they are of at least a moderate size and have art vendors, they should be in the magazine. It has reviews, contact info ect. Applications are often sent when you contact them and let them know you want one.
