30 day challenge

I've been trying to get myself to paint every day so here is day 3, the other 2 were okay but I like todays.

Anyone else do a challenge like this?

Nah. Frankly getting up and showered every morning is enough of a challenge for me.

i was inspired by daizy to do a christmas theme one.. mine will be from the 1st of december to the 25th december its also kinda of a fun way launch my new facebook page and website so i have alot to organise in november to be fully prepared for december lol. ps love fish!

That sound like a good idea if not for my kids homework!!!!

A lot of my RL friends are doing a 30 Days of Thankfulness challenge right now, but I like the sound of 30 Days of Face Painting better. (Sheesh, that kinda makes me sound so ungrateful, doesn't it? Oh well, I'm thankful for my paints....)

Hubby and two lil kids are my daily challenge too!

Those are fantastic. (I'm thankful for my Wolfe Brushes!) The biggest challenge is actually sitting down and do it. I paint all day at work so coming home to make something nice and set up a photo makes me want to avoid it. But, like all things, the more I do it the more I enjoy it and have to show for it!

I have never tried wolfe brushes, so you like them?

Thank you! Ronnie Mena (you can look him up on facebook or deviantart) did a fish and I did my best to copy him, though my version looks more frightened

And a resounding yes for Wolfe Brushes. They were the brushes I was trained with so now they are the ones I use. They've recently come out with a few new ones called Superior. I use a 1, 3, and 6 round. They hold paint well, have a good weight and length, and it's what I live by. (I feel like I'm talking about magic wands...)

Thanks for the brush review! I will give them a try. I think I have just about everything else...not sure I love anything yet! I would like to love some brushes!

Last spring we had a few paint a day challenges (started by Psalmbook I think -genius!) There was a theme set for the month and the idea was to paint something different in the theme each day- holy cow! The flower month was AMAZING! I couldn't find the original thread, but I found the re-post with most of the pictures: February's challenge , March's challenge

I'd love to join the challange, but I'm time challenged these days... why oh why are there only 24 hours in a day!?!

I do paint myself a few times every weekend for gigs. I'm sporting some Christmas bells right now(to be posted later).

Can't take the challenge till I clean up the family room it looks a bit like an episode of hoarders.
