Too hot to go out today, so here is what I did in the A/C

I have been wanting to get a pic of a neon butterfly, so here is my 3 and 5 min version[img][/img]

I know my stars need some work, especially when I am painting on myself[img][/img]

THis is an adaptation of a dragon mask I saw at Kings Island, not sure how I feel about it, and it prob needs a lot more changes.[img][/img]

is the same idea, but this one needs a lot of work...

I love the head on that. I would like to maybe change the head and thin out the wings on the side, where the line would be closer to the eye, and I am thinging adding fire would be cool?? Who knows, this one may end up in the circular file

the head is the only thing I like.
I need to practice fire a lot, not very good at painting flames. but they would be neat with it
Wings and body should be different. It's absolutely worth to make it better! This was the first time i did this, not even thought about houw i should paint it

I think yours is really cool for the boys. Sorry I was critiquing my not yours, I think we could both use some tweeking, it was my first time with this design too.

Nice clean work. Did you leave out the butterfly body and antenna on purpose?
You could improve your dragon mask by doing some mean looking brows.... and some mean creases in the corner of where the eye meets the bridge of the nose..... just a suggestion, I don't think it actually needs improving - but I always like people to suggest things to me to see if I might like to add them or not.

I did leave them out on purpose Tash, sometimes I include them, sometimes not. I wanted to try some flowers, but they didn't turn out how I wanted. Try try again, I will.
I appreciate all advice, and I will try both of those on the dragon, and I am gonna try with a Maaikeish dragon head

I like positive criticism. It can improve your work and make you look at it in a different way.

I love the dragon Eva did, oh and ofcourse also the butterfly. Since I got boys, I never get the chance to practice butterflies (and I hate my own face).

The head on my dragon is "just" a swirl, Brenda and Michelle remember? The Wolfe Brothers showed us that trick!
