Shopping trip!!!

As you all know, I had a little one about six months ago. After delivery, I was terrified because I had gone from 128 pre pregnancy to 200 post pregnancy. I thought I might as well kiss any hope for my smaller frame goodbye. Well, it turns out that chasing around two girls under the age of two is quite the workout that I didn't know I was getting. I refused to even look at scales because I just assumed the worst. Well in the last month in a half, I noticed that my clothes weren't fitting anymore. Everything was getting too big. I didn't think much about it until I went home for Christmas. People were actually asking me what program I used to drop the weight. LOL! Today I decided to try the scale out to see what it said. I was shocked! 125! I've been so busy with the girls that I didn't even notice. My husband said he thought I was losing my weight, but he too was amazed to see that I was down to pre pregnancy weight. He got a goofy grin on his face walked away and came back with cash in his hand and said "I'll take care of the girls, you go buy buy some new clothes for that sexy new body of yours." LOL! I don't know if I was more excited about shopping or a couple hours away from the kids, but either way, it was awesome!

You didn't notice losing 75 pounds? Dude! LOL...

Congratulations on your hot new body! That's amazing and I bet you and your hubby are both thrilled. I bet you'll continue to lose weight, too, since it's still pretty soon after the birth.

This happened to me with my second pregnancy too. We had just bought land and were clearing it ourselves while I was pregnant. I was a size 12 before getting pregnant, and then after having the baby I went down to a size 7. Unfortunately it didn't last long. LOL. We need to buy some more land, I guess! :-P

Lol! I sure hope I can keep it off, but we all know the odds are against me.

Michelle, I have the same to loose and I am having a hard time controlling myself. Maybe I need to have a little one to keep me busy so I can loose weight without trying

Wow...congratulations!!! That is totally amazing. I wish I could drop weight like that. We moved from a large two story house with steps into this tiny shoe box house and...hello I think I found the weight you lost! I will gladly give it back. My kids are getting big now, not so much chasing around. I definitely have gained a little...I do not own a scale. Is that a bad thing? I am getting older so noticing a weight gain now after the holiday that I never had trouble with before. I seriously thought to myself, "This is what everyone's been talking about." I was going to have to have a new year's resolution to loose weight, but, I haven't committed to it yet. LOL!!!

I have decided that I do not like getting older NOR gaining weight. I hope that you had a fabulous time buying new clothes. Losing baby weight is a very hard thing to do....What did you buy???

Thanks guys, and the Hubby is definitely a keeper. I think we both knew I was loosing, but just didn't have any clue as to how much.
