uploading in person gallery? Empty uploading in person gallery?

there isn't a button for uploading or anything. what am i doing wrong?

there is. it seems easy to miss it. looks like uploading in person gallery? Upload_pic
on the upper left under "Current date/time", just above "Pictures of"
at least it is in my gallery. Hope that makes some sense.
