The one at the link should be OK. I always look for low a odor version (for my personal enjoyment while making bling designs). Silicone for aquariums works well and can be found at most pet/fish stores.

Personally I really don't like using silicone. Way too hard on my hands. I like to use dimensional fabric paint, or clear fabric glue
