Halloween help
Hello all!!
I've now been face painting for 11months and this will be my first Halloween. I have lots of Halloween children's party bookings, could anyone tell me what their most requested Halloween designs are, just to make sure I've covered all bases and not caught unawares! Thanks in advance everyone

Re: Halloween help
Everybody always wants ninja turtles around here. They are as much a staple as the tiger and butterfly mask.

Re: Halloween help
I gave my friend's little boy his first face painting ever (I felt so honored). He was a ninja turtle, lol Raph.
I would think little Halloween cheek arts: spider webs, pumpkins, bats, moons. That kind of stuff. but also have your regular designs (especially heroes and princesses) for the kids who may want to match their costumes.

Re: Halloween help
All going well so far... spiders / witches / zombies / skeletons... all fairly standard, and then butterflies (Glow-in-the-dark ones to make them more Halloween-y) but then there was the little girl who wanted to be "popcorn".... that one stumped me, I have to admit!

Re: Halloween help
lol, maybe paint a box of pop corn on the cheek?
The Halloween Party I painted at this week had a little girl, dressed as a cupcake, and wanted a cupcake on her cheek. So was SOOOO Adorable and so still fir her age! I really hyped her up over it asking if she wanted a cherry and sprinkles and she laughed when I kept pulling the mirror away and saying 'are you SURE you're ready to see?' Her face was priceless.

Haha I tease kids like that too. They love it!
Sometimes I'll be like "OMG This is best skunk I've ever painted. Wait until you see!" Then when the look of bewilderment washes over their face I'll say "What's wrong? You did tell me you wanted painted like a skunk, right?" I argue with them for a minute and then hand them the mirror. They crack up!
The people in line love the show too.
