Anyone make Dark Red?
Does anyone make a really dark red face paint? I am not talking about burgundy, like TAG Regular Berry Wine, but a true red, just dark--with no blueish cast ...

Thanks a lot, I just ordered it--it looks very promising. Part of the problem is that companies name their products with names that you cannot search. If I'm looking for a light blue, I'm not going to search for "Bleu Bebe," and if I'm looking for red, I'm not going to search for "Beach Berry." So unfortunately, these products are totally not findable by searching! Thanks again for your help.

Re: Anyone make Dark Red?
@ rthling ... Paradise red is dark. I use it for blood.
Thanks for this great recommendation. It is exactly what I was looking for! So now I will ask you for another one, if you don't mind ... I am looking for a dark rose, that I can mix with light rose for 2-colored petals. Not neon, and not pearl. TAG rose looks not bad, but since they don't seem to make a plain pink, I'm afraid that's what it really is. Any ideers? Thanks!

Actually, I do. I use Paradise red as my double dip flowers. I find that it blends with the white perfectly, making a fabulous rose/pink that is neither neon, nor pastel. And it's definitely NOT pearl.
After I load, I apply the first petal to the back of my non-dominant hand, so the white and red are blended before they touch the face.
But I usually use Wolfe white and Paradise red together. Not light rose.

@rthling. Thanks--this works really well. I thought I had tried red before and not liked it, but both Paradise and DFX red work really well. I use DFX white and have never tried Wolfe, but it seems to be the "go to" white for many painters--I must try it one of these days.
