Without more information would be impossible to say. I can go as light as just my paint kit for a birthday party to 2 10X10 tents, etc. at a large festival.

Regardless of your event, you will always need your kit and some pictures for people to choose from.

no you don't necessarily need pictures.you do need to have some designs ready to go though, you don't want to waste time figuring out where to put your colors and place your lines.

I never have pictures...I'm going to try it out at a bday party tomorrow, but I never used one in the past.

I have my paint box, portable chairs, a plastic box with sponges, my brush holder, brushes, a cup for washing brushes when needed, a black towel for my lap a spray bottle and I bring photo albums. I let the kids look while they wait and it gives them ideas. Smile
I just picked up a directors chair but have yet to use it. right now i use my big box as my table and it has its good points and bad.

I found the perfect cups for washing my brushes at the dollar tree, they're big and flat on the bottom so they won't easily tip over and come in a pack of three. I use a green kitchen scrubby and wedge it into the bottom, works great Smile
