So this is my third and final entry...
Supplies:
Kyrolan Red, Black White

Model: Me

First i sponged on a black lip and drew in the scars and then did the outlining of the spider in a black/white mix.

Well... I tried. this is literally the 3rd time i've put paint on my face. And it was an original attempt! No instructions to follow.

The character is Invader zim. I've included my reference pictures in case it wasn't obvious...

I did.

It was tricky to dry my teeth without ruining the clown...and to paint them and keep them nice enough for a photo while trying not to drool. For clean up...a good rinse and spit... Very Happy

I see. it looks good but isnt that poisonous. I'm just wondering, bcause my mom has told me not to paint my little sister near her mouth.

Poisonous? I wouldn't recommand anyone to eat facepaint, but real facepaint's not poisonous!
On the other hand.... It's not tasting that good!

JazzyFace I think all the photos are supposed to be seperate because it makes SuzySparkles job easier. She is usually the one that has to organize all of the submissions for judging. However, it may be the lovely Denise Cold or Metina handling this one due to SuzySparkles' upcoming wedding! flower

You may want to edit your posting so that they can each be judged seperately or at least add a seperate photo of each finished design. Just trying to help since our amazing mods already work very hard here... Smile

My butterfly warm up: I always start with an out line, then fill it in with color- Light then dark- detail, add some Merhon gem powder, then outline.

SO!:

1- Outline. - In white or the color itself.-
2- Fill in.- -One color at a time & blend, in this case I just used four.-
3- Detail.- -Just added small details first like the white dots in the wings.-
4- Final detail.- Outline in the proper color; Black.

Quicker; I outlined my dragon with the color I wanted it to be and filled it in at the same time, then shading/highlights, last I added her treasure pile with mehron gem powder -opal- then highlighted everything.

1- Outline. - The color itself.-
2- Fill in. - Two colors & blend.-
3- Detail. - Just added small details; Coins, Ruby's and Sapphires.-
4- Final. - Merhon gem powder then highlight; White.-

Same steps as number two, but without and glitters, and I used some different colors as highlights.

1- Outline. - White.-
2- Fill in. - Eight colors & blend.-
3- Detail. - Small details; Water drops, waves, facial features, etc.-
4- Final. - Minor outlines & highlights; Yellow & Orange.-

Hi all ! Lovely deisgns so far, especially fan of the Yoda lips, Star Wars geek as I am Smile

I did a ladybug lip design.. took me a while because at first I used only red and it turned out too dark, the spots didn't pop out very well. I mixed pink and red to make the black spots stand out. Also had trouble with the eyes, I needed about 3-4 layers of white to stand out on top of the black head Wink
