I would adore to see a body painting forum!
I actually have a few friends who are working on an art project who asked me to paint, so all the help I couldget the better!

Re: Why is there not a bodypaint section on this forum?
I've been for having a body painting section as well. Most body painting gets posted under general unless it's prenatal & then goes under belly painting....
Re: Why is there not a bodypaint section on this forum?
competing in Austria this year at the WBPF Toxic? If not You SHOULD be!!!
Re: Why is there not a bodypaint section on this forum?
Shelley... Thanks for the kind words. No.. I do not compete at anything. Never. Just not interested in it. I am however happy to paint at any kind of demonstration or fashion show type event.
Re: Why is there not a bodypaint section on this forum?
I totally understand. i did one face painting competition at at convention, decided competing was not for me. It took the joy out of painting for me. I did not like the idea of people judging my work based on rules( weather or not how well i followed them) or what their definition of art was . I want to paint for the love of what i do. I always say that face painting is my bread and butter, body painting feeds my artistic soul There is nothing like seeing something you imagine in your head . literally come to life!

This was for a Zodiac Project.... different artist for each sign. I had Gemini. Little dark I know... but I thought it turned out awesomely

How long do these paintings usually take you?

Leapinglizards... I chose 14 because I wanted it to appear as those he was one of many collected specimens. I liked that it had one of each numeral aesthetically. The actual number 14 has no relevance.
Katurah.. They usually take between 3-6 hours depending on on complexity of the design.
Thanks for the kind words guys
