Body paint (lions) question

Hi been asked to help on a project where there will be 10 models painted as full lions, using snazaroo anyone have an idea how much paint to buy roughly ? Thank you, and if any tips on maybe a fixer spray or something that would work with snaz to keep it on longer? But available in uk ??

Will you be painting the whole body? or full faces?

Whole body, Ive just quoted to get about 3 pots of each of the lion colours , thought should be enough ? Xx

What size pots do you think will cover 10 models? I guess it depends on how many colours you're going to use. If it's all one colour for the base, then you'll need quite a bit. I'd try out the colours you're thinking to see what kind of opacity you can get with them. Although, lions are kind of skin coloured anyway, so it probably won't be that bad if it's not super opaque.

I hope you have a team of folks helping. It takes longer than you think to cover a body, even if it's just one colour.

If you're on a budget, hairspray works for a fixer.

that time issue is very relevant indeed magna. Depending on how many helpers you have, i would get a set of colours for each of the painters - how many people will be there to do the job?
