What's thedifference between body brush and one-stroke? And which is better to use, 3/4 or 1"? Thanks!!!

Rebecca uses a 3/4, but I say use what "fits" you best!

The body brush is rounded as opposed to flat. They are large and I thought they would be great for doing the one stroke method on the body.

The inches refers to its width.
