All I am seeing is the pic posted like an item of interest. Doesn't look like they are claiming ownership unless they are also claiming to be the ones behind Star Wars, Marvel Comics, some old classic films, and a small dachsund in a hot dog bun. I am not familiar with Ow.ly --is it similiar to Pinterest?
