My daughter is bribing me!!!!!!

So, my youngest child decided she REALLY wants a hamster....Dad is on the fence. I couldn't care either way. So she tells me today "If you convince Dad to let me get a hamster, I will let you paint me every day for the rest of my life!!!"......So, does it sound like a good deal to you? (I was going to say yes anyway...Dad is wrapped around her finger and can't tell her no, so he will cave as soon as she bats an eye.) I can get unlimited painting opportunities for nothing......lol Plus it can't be any worse than the rats and Guinea Pigs that her sister had growing up......

Can you get it in writing?

I was going to say the say the same, better get a video recorder, so every time you ask her she can remember, I have done this deal one hundred times, and I still fighting when I need her.

If you feel you have the time to look after the hamster. I find they used to do it enthusiastily at the start then get lazy or have excuses like why they couldn't clean the cage right now. Same goes for painting them excuses why it can't happen right now.

Oh yeah, mine always promised to let me paint them if I do this or that... now I paint them first then fulfill my end of the deal Good luck with whatever you decide.

Oh man sounds like the deal of a lifetime if she sticks to it.....me in the other hand I would never be able to live around anything that remotely resembles a rat!!!!!! I am absolutely terrified of them, they discust me and frighten the living you know what out of me! Have fun painting on your sweet daughter.

Oh and if you get tired of the thing (hampster) add on your contract that IF ANYTHING MAY OCCUR TO THE HAMPSTER the deal stands firm. She must allow you to paint her "for the rest of her life"

Get a dwarf hamster. They're really small, the size of a golf ball. You know you'll land up having to clean the cage and their life expectancy is around 2 yrs. They are also very cute.

I guarantee your daughter won't keep her end of the bargain. I speak from experience.

My kids owes me 6 life times of painting and never lets me do it...lol

Yeah, it is a dwarf hamster she wants. Like I said, it can't be any worse than the rats her sister had. When she went off to college, guess who got to take care of them?

I think once she gets married, her fiance should have SOMETHING to say in the matter though....
