Best Light Blue

I want to purchase a pretty light blue to use when I do my friends belly painting because shes having a boy. Any swatches or pictures of which brand of blue you use? I would love one with a shimmer if there is any lol Thanks in Advance you guys are knowledgeable

Grimas had a shimmering one that's nice (Pearl colours are the shimmering ones, they have a very pastel light blue that's not so good, but the vibrant light blue is great)
Kryolan interferenz light blue is beautiful, but is impossible to not smudge...
I personally love the wolfe light blue, but it's not shimmering...

My first metallic blue was SNAZAROO turquoise sparkle, after that I got TAG sky pearl and DFX baby blue, and I still missing SNAZ because is lighter, TAG and DFX gets really dark when using it in long areas.
