Please pray for my daughter..

Got a call that my 21-year-old daughter who chose to remain in Mississippi when we moved, got into a bad car wreck tonight and totaled her car. She went off the interstate and hit a tree. She's okay, just banged up and bruised pretty badly. It could've been so much worse... the family she's been staying with told me she went off the interstate in the only spot that she could've and lived... anywhere else was a sheer drop off and she would've been killed
We're traveling back to Mississippi in the morning and will probably be bringing her back here since she won't be able to work or walk or do much of anything for a while. Maybe when she feels better I can train her with some face painting

Oh no! I'm glad to hear she is okay, I'll be praying for her.

Oh Dawnie, I'm giving you a big hug. So thankful to God that she survived such a traumatic event!!!! Wow, take care of your baby... you and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers for sure.

Dawnie, my heart goes out to you, Mom. I know you didn't feel OK until you could put your arms (gently) around her. Thank God she's safe.

To get that call is every mother's nightmare. The power of prayer is mighty and you have many praying for your daughter's speedy recovery. God bless

I'm so glad to hear she's ok! I'm praying for a full recovery for her & that you get to hug her a lot!

Thanks ya'll! We're back home after a 24 hour round trip and getting her some of her stuff together to come back here. She's a little traumatized, and a long car trip probably wasn't the best thing she could've done, but she's going to be fine.

Here's a pic of the van. We were told, the fact that it had been raining a LOT and the ground was so soft, probably saved her life, as it slowed the van down enough that when it hit the tree, it was at a much slower rate than what she had been driving at when she went off the road.

Wow! So happy she's home with you safe...It's amazing all the factors the Lord puts together for our good that we don't often get to see so clearly...the rain, the soft ground, etc. (It might be an idea to have her see a chiropractor...my father is now suffering from an accident he had in his 20s & my back is wishing I'd done something for it 5 years ago when I totaled my van). WoW! Vehicles can be replaced! Praise God for all the the things that added up to her still being here.
