Looking for the printable blank faces
A while ago, I came across a really neat site (I think make by one of the forum folks here), that gave a free, printable blank face (to practice designs on).
For the life of me - I cannot find it. Would someone have that by any chance? Google was not much help this time.
Thanks!

I love Shannon's. She has both large faces and one with lots of faces on a single sheet that are very helpful. Thanks Shannon for the wonderful resources!

Ah sorry, this is what I used: http://painting.about.com/library/blpaint/blfacepaint1.htm
I just save each image and open it in paint and then print.

I use the same ones. Someday I'll draw my own but until then the standard boy and girl will work.
Re: Looking for the printable blank faces
Does practicing on paper really help? I would think its loads different on a face, plus dosent it use up alot of your face paints on paper? Not trying to be mean, just questions.
I tried paper once and it just leaked through and tore, then they got smeared and looked even worse. I use snazaroo, should I get something else?
Im looking in to Paradise rainbows right now... I am really loving the blended colors.
Ooo an eye template, thats neat to. Is this how you learn and practice, or do you try to get faces?
Thanks alot!

Re: Looking for the printable blank faces
Alo, I forgot to mention when i tried it on paper it fit, but I couldnt get the 'design' to mesh with the kids face. I often found that my design was bigger than the kids head!! they seemed to have little space beside the eyes and bigger forheads.
maybe I should just account for that when I practice. lol so much to learn!

Re: Looking for the printable blank faces
The blank faces are great for working out designs. I use colored pencils, markers, etc. For practicing and some working out of shapes, I use a paper with a blank that is laminated. It doesn't use a lot of paint, and wipes right off. No, it's not like skin, but at least it is practice and a chance to figure out how to place things, what shapes to use, where to put them on the face, etc.

Thanks for the links. Gina, I especially like the child printable.
Re: Looking for the printable blank faces
The plastic notebook paper page protectors (they come like 25 to a pack for a couple of bucks) work too. Then you can keep one if you like it!
Re: Looking for the printable blank faces
I do pratice on paper but not with paint, I just draw the designs to control them a little better.
I prefer children faces to train, I found them on a website (adult is also available)
you have several ages : baby, child, teenage ...
Oops that doesn't work ! I will show you when I can post links
