Kryvaline, my review

I am relatively new to the facepainting game, so I will be honest in admitting, that my experience with different brands has been limited. That said, I ordered some Kryvaline paint to try out. This is what I think.

What I ordered:
Pearl White
Neon Rainbow One Stroke
Circus Split Cake (very similar to Fairy Floss)


What I loved:

Great price
Canadian Supplier
Super fast shipping
Fantastic communication with the vendor
Beautiful colours
Great coverage
Easy to use (one stroke and pearl white)


What I didn't like:

The way the paint sits in the pot (see pic) It doesn't make sense to me.

Excellent . I was wondering how it was too. Thanks for posting that. I am just waiting until March to get some new paint. I have licences and deposits for my commercial kitchen this month

i really like kryvaline! this is a great paint, high pigmented and creamy texture. I like better the kryvaline white than the Tag one.
and the neon colors are glowing under black light.
i use the prima neon split cake for both design.

but that is true the box is a little bit cheap looking, but the paint is really good quality. i recommend it.

your face painting is amazing The neon colour is brilliant.

I got a slight rash from Kryvaline paints (Prima neon split cakes). I did two patches and both got the slight reaction. I am sad. I really like the color, but not going to use it for my events this weekend.

oooo, that's too bad.
i used on myself and on my twins ( one has a pretty sensitive skin) several times, but we didn't have any reactions.
the greens and teal colors are a little difficult to remove as they so high pigmented and vibrant colors. but sometime i can not remove properly the Tag leaf and rose cakes as well.

What other brands of face paint would you compare Kryvaline to? I'm interested in purchasing some, I like what they have for split cakes. Would you say its similar to snazaroo in creaminess? Or more comparable to wolfe, tag, etc. Snazaroo is too creamy for me, it is difficult to make teardrop designs.

i would say, like wolfe. the kryvaline regular black and white is good for line work. i use them
the metallic colors have a creamy texture.

Another question! I saw on the website Kryvaline Creamy and Regular..which neon would pop out on black lights? I have been booked for a black light party and I don't want to buy the wrong one lol!
